Today , i go to ' Chua Chu Kang ' stadium for Track & Field . Its so difficult to go into the finale . Nan Yang run so fast becoz their leg is so long . After i run 4 x 300 , i still can catch up becoz i eat up 2access bar . U ask me wad is Access Bar ? i will tell you about them . It burn your fats into fuel / energy , so that u can have enough breath / energy to do any excersise . It only sold @the shop name ' Melaleuca '.
